Originating from the Greek for "love of wisdom," it is the systematic, critical study of fundamental questions regarding existence, knowledge, ethics, reason, and reality.

directly opposite to one another. Originating from the concept of opposite ends of a circle's diameter, this phrase emphasizes maximum distance or
difference in views, opinions, or positions.
"Apropos" (pronounced app-ruh-poh) is a French-derived term meaning fitting, opportune, or relevant to a particular situation.
"If you're taking flak, you're over the target" is a phrase of World War II origin implying that intense criticism, resistance, or opposition (Flak) indicates you are close to a significant truth or successfully challenging a major, entrenched issue. It encourages staying the course, as heavy resistance is a sign of progress.
Bomber Planes only received Anti-Aircraft Fire (Flak) once they were over the target area. When they were approaching the target area, but still far from their goal, there was no reason for the enemy to station weaponry in an area where there were
no important targets.

There are many Hot Button Issues dealing with Gun Ownership in America. The most prevalent issue is Gun Violence and Mass Shootings, in particular.
Gun Control Activists have fought for many years to achieve any measures possible that would decrease Gun Violence.
The NRA (National Rifle Association) and Gun Manufacturers have fought back and are resistant to acquiesce to the desires of these Gun Control Activists on anything that puts restrictions on Gun Ownership.
One of the biggest demands that Gun Control Activists are seeking to achieve is Universal Background Checks on individuals attempting to purchase a gun.
The reason for Universal Background Checks is to close existing Legal Loopholes that allow firearms to be transferred by Private Sellers, Online, or at Gun Shows without Federal Screening.
While Federal Law requires licensed dealers to perform Background Checks, it currently exempts Private, Unlicensed Sellers, allowing for the, often, unregulated transfer of firearms.
Studies indicate that states requiring Background Checks for all handgun sales have lower firearm homicide rates, with research connecting these laws to a decrease in both Homicides and Suicides.
Universal Checks help prevent guns from being sold to, or trafficked for, people prohibited from possessing them, such as those with dangerous criminal histories or mental health restrictions.
Proponents argue these are "common sense" measures supported by a large majority of Americans, including many gun owners.
Polling consistently shows that a large majority of Americans, including many gun owners and NRA members,
support the implementation of
Universal Background Checks.
The Neutrality Party will push Legislation to have Universal Background Checks written into Federal Law.
The U.S. Government shall continue to fund the different branches of the Military to ensure that America remains the Super Power that it has become.
This funding will, however, undergo a complete and in-depth evaluation to ensure that every Tax Payer dollar is accounted for to ensure that waste and fraud are eliminated from the system.
A 2019 Department of Defense (DOD) Inspector General (IG) report found that one company earned excess profits on 46 of 47 parts reviewed, with profit margins as high as 4,451%. One specific part, a half-inch metal pin, was priced at $4,361, representing a roughly 9,400% excess profit over a reasonable cost.
In 2006, that same company, mentioned above, allegedly hiked the price of a crucial Apache helicopter valve by $747 (nearly 40%) and refused to ship it to the battlefield until the higher price was paid. The company maintains it follows the law and charges market prices.
Another company agreed to pay nearly a billion dollars to resolve a government investigation that exposed defective pricing and overcharging on government contracts.
Shay Assad, a former top DoD contract negotiator, noted that the price of a Stinger missile increased sevenfold from $25,000 in 1991 to over $400,000.
Contractors are not legally required to disclose cost data for contracts below a certain monetary threshold (currently $2 million), or for items broadly defined as "commercial." This makes it difficult for the Pentagon to determine if prices are fair and reasonable.
Even when overcharging is identified, contractors are rarely required to issue refunds, which disincentivizes transparent pricing.
Any Government Contractors found to be guilty of fraud or price gouging shall be penalized by severe fines and possible imprisonment, as well as losing their Government contracts.

Veteran Hospitals will be upgraded with the necessary staff and personnel in order to provide the best possible care and services for these great men and women.
These honorable, respectable Americans have made sacrifices so that we may live in peace and harmony that other, less fortunate, countries can only dream about.
A society is judged by how it treats its' veterans, a principle often attributed to George Washington, reflecting the moral obligation to support those who served.
In 2022, 6,407 veterans died by suicide, averaging over 17 per day.
Gone are the days of forgetting those that sacrificed for our Freedoms.
A complete and thorough evaluation will be conducted on all current recipients of
U.S. Foreign Aid Programs.

Our society has needs that aren't being met because we are sending Billions each year to other countries instead of taking care of our own country.

Social Security benefits and programs are only available for
Natural Born or Naturalized American citizens.
The U.S. Government provides numerous programs that fall under the Welfare heading.
As with many government programs, there is waste, fraud and abuse within these Welfare Programs.

The focus will be on all Welfare Programs, but not intended to affect or eliminate elderly individuals or the disabled.
Types of abuse are individuals under-reporting their income to receive benefits, fake identities and selling or trafficking benefits by way of SNAP/EBT cards.
Welfare requires a complete overhaul to ensure that only individuals that are eligible receive the government assistance that is funded by the
American Taxpayer.

Welfare Programs will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
The SNAP Program (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) offers governmental assistance to Low Income families by providing them with an EBT card (Electronic Benefits Transfer).
This program, while beneficial and helpful for many, is fraught with abuse and fraud.
A complete and in-depth evaluation of every recipient will be conducted, with fraudsters and abusers being immediately eliminated from the programs and prosecuted to the
fullest extent of the law.
And in some cases, imprisonment will result for those individuals found to be guilty of grossly abusing the system.
This government assistance program is needed by many individuals living below the Poverty Line, but requires a thorough evaluation to ensure its' continuation in serving those in need.

Term Limits will be instituted for the

No longer will there be Career Politicians that remain in their positions for years at a time and gain personal wealth while their constituents' income statuses remain static.

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will be refocused on protecting the environment.
This Government Agency will review any and all companies and corporations that are operating with a risk to damage or harm the environment in a negative manner.
Any company or corporation found to be in violation of EPA policies that adversely affect America's Air and Water Supply will be dealt with severely by receiving large fines and possible imprisonment.
Any company or corporation to be found guilty of causing irreparable damage to the American Eco-System are at risk of losing their business and operating licenses in the U.S.
The U.S. Government classification of Marijuana will be changed from a Schedule I Drug to a Schedule III.
Schedule III classification acknowledges that a drug has a currently accepted medical use in the U.S. and a lower potential for abuse compared to Schedule I (which includes heroin) or Schedule II (which includes cocaine).
Many U.S. Veterans use Marijuana to cope with PTSD that they suffer from due to their service to America.
Millions of Americans use Marijuana for a variety of Medical conditions and there is no reason why they should be arrested and prosecuted for their use of a drug that has known medical uses.
Marijuana will be legal in all 50 states.
Marijuana businesses will be able to use Bank services for their business finances instead of having safes with large amounts of cash due to being unable to utilize the American Banking System because of the current status of Marijuana and CBD.
Taxes paid by Marijuana Businesses will be utilized to add funding to the
Public Education System and
School Meals Programs.
Individuals prosecuted and imprisoned for Marijuana related offenses will be released from prison and have their records expunged of all Marijuana related offenses.
Any individuals currently on Parole or Probation for Marijuana related offenses will be released from such restrictions immediately and their records expunged of any and all Marijuana offenses.
Capital Punishment shall be applied to any and all individuals that commit homicide of a Law Enforcement officer or any U.S. Government Elected Official.
The Three Strikes Policy will be applied to any individual that commits three Felonies.
This policy ensures that a Judge in any proceeding is required by law to imprison this Felon to a Life Sentence without the possibility of Parole, thus removing this repeated offender from
American Society for good.
Term Imprisonment Limits shall be developed and instituted Nationwide to ensure consistent and standardized punishments for heinous acts such as Murder, Rape, Assault,
Grand Larceny, etc.
Gone are the days of judges subjectively deciding the terms of imprisonment for serious crimes against Society.
These Term Limits of Imprisonment will eliminate subjectivity from the
Legal System and no longer allow one lenient judge to decide what He/She feels is an adequate punishment for such egregious crimes.
The Federal Minimum Wage for 2026 remains at $7.25 per hour, a rate that has been in effect since 2009.

The U.S. Government shall create and fund a Program that provides Child Care Services for Lower Income Families and single mothers at a reasonable cost to ensure that children are supervised while these eligible parents or single mothers earn a living to support their household.
Approximately 54% - 65% of U.S. women aged 15 - 49 use contraception.
Female sterilization (11.5% - 18.1%), oral contraceptive pills (11.4% - 14%), and long-acting reversible contraceptives (LARCs) (10.4% - 10.5%) are the most common methods.
85% of women use Birth Control to prevent pregnancy, while 14% use it for other reasons, such as managing medical conditions.
The Neutrality Party will ensure that Birth Control is made available in all 50 states and funded for individuals in need by a Government Program.

The cost to raise a child from birth to College Graduation is
on-average $550,000.
Pro Life Advocates want to force a woman to have a child that they didn't want to have, thus saddling this woman with a bill of $550,000 over 22 years.
It would be an interesting proposition if every Pro LIfe Advocate was assessed a $10,000 Tax every year.
This collected Tax would then be distributed to the women forced to have a child they didn't want to have in order to pay this $550,000 expense.
If you don't want to be held financially responsible for the costs of raising a child you forced someone, you don't know, to have and raise... then keep your mouth shut about someone else's
life and body.
Period.
Never will there be a day when this proposed Pro Life Tax is ever enacted.
It is just putting forward the idea of "putting your money where your mouth is."
If an entire group (Pro Lifers) decide and vote on the issue of Abortion that determines the financial future and subsequent monetary burden of a woman, then that group (Pro Lifers) should be held responsible for the repercussions that their vote incurs on the individual's life that they are adversely affecting.
The Principle of Accountability
When a group decides the outcome of an important issue, then that group must be held accountable for the outcomes.
If a group (Pro Lifers) vote on important, life-altering issues, but is shielded from the financial responsibilities of these votes, they are prone to take actions with no consequences to the aforementioned group.
The threat of financial liability incentivizes voters to perform due diligence, research the consequences, and act in good faith.
Making the voting group (Pro Lifers) financially responsible forces voters to internalize the costs of their choices, leading to more deliberate and fiscally responsible decision-making.
Pro Lifers have "no skin in the game." They are not positively nor adversely affected by voting to ban abortion.
To illustrate the Hypocrisy in American Society and Politics, here are a few examples.
In 2017, it was revealed that Rep. Tim Murphy, a staunch anti-abortion member of the House Pro-Life Caucus, who had just voted to ban abortions after 20 weeks, sent text messages to his mistress urging her to have an abortion when they had an "unfounded pregnancy scare."
The text messages revealed the woman, Shannon Edwards, accusing him of hypocrisy, to which a reply from his phone noted his staff wrote his "Pro Life" messages. Murphy resigned shortly after the scandal.
Rep. Scott DesJarlais (R-Tennessee):
A "Pro Life" congressman who has voted for strict abortion restrictions, DesJarlais was revealed in 2012 to have pressured a mistress - who was also a patient - to have an abortion. These examples illustrate that when put in the position of being faced with an unwanted, unexpected pregnancy, persons that have consistently voted and decided the fate of women they have no concern for, will become hypocrites and eagerly opt for an abortion to maintain their way of life.
How is an uninvolved, unaccountable for the financial repercussions, group (Pro Lifers) able to decide the fate of someone they don't know, care nothing about nor will ever meet?

Having said that, the Neutrality Party also feels that there are stipulations to go along with those choices of personal expression.
A teacher in the Public Education System couldn't place a Confederate Flag nor a Nazi Swastika Flag in their classroom to promote their personal ideologies.
No educator at any level of the
Public Educational System shall use their classroom as a Platform for showcasing their "identity."
Any presence of LGBTQI+ flags, images, literature, etc. will result in penalization by way of severe fines and possible Termination of Employment.
Educators employed by the Public Education System shall not dress in a manner that showcases their "identity."
Any outlandish wardrobe choices or hair styles (i.e. Rainbow-dyed hair color, etc.) that influence, advertise or promote the LGBTQI+ lifestyle to children they are paid to educate are strictly prohibited.

The Neutrality Party has no qualms with an individual's personal choices in life, but these individuals shouldn't influence children at such a young and impressionable age with lifestyle decisions that are best made after the brain is fully developed.

Public restrooms are designed for and intended to be utilized by individuals that use such facilities according to their

Pronouns are used to replace nouns in the third person. Pronouns like he/him, she/her, and they/them are linguistic tools used to refer to people.
It is not proper English to fabricate pronouns like ze/zir, xe/xem or fae/faer and demand that others use these terms to address an individual choosing these contrived Pronouns and
take exception when others don't
participate in that choice.
To each his/her own, just don't demand participation by others in those alternative lifestyle choices.
Many may decide to be respectful of an individual's choices of how they want to be addressed or referred to, but likewise, there are many that won't agree with the alteration of the English Language in order to create Pronouns that represent a person's chosen identity.

The idea of an "individual" born as a male, then transitioning or choosing to "identify" as a woman, then deciding to compete against real women in Women's Sports is
utterly and ridiculously, flawed and unacceptable.
The biological, physiological and anatomical differences between a man and a woman are so extreme and well-documented by Science that it is completely unfair for a male to compete against a female in any physical sport that involves
performance of the body.
Any "individual" born male then choosing to "identify" as a female and compete in Women's Sports, in order to achieve victory and receive the usual praise, respect and adulation that accompanies such Championships, only illustrates the aforementioned "individual's" mental shortcomings and/or undiagnosed, untreated psychological issues rooted in deriving pleasure from defeating a real woman that doesn't possess the same biological advantages of a man.
The "individuals" born male and desiring to achieve victory by competing against real women in Female Sports is totally and completely unacceptable and intolerable.

This unlikely, but acceptable scenario by advocates of TransWomen being allowed to compete against real women is an extreme example of just how ludicrous
this World has become.
The word "Ludicrous" means foolish, unreasonable, or absurd,
often to a comical degree.

There is no universal policy on TransGender women competing in Women's Sports. Sports Governing Bodies are increasingly setting their own rules, with some restricting participation based on testosterone levels and others, like World Athletics, banning those who went through male puberty.
While some argue against inclusion to protect women's sports, others emphasize that exclusion causes harm, bullying, and mental health issues for TransGender athletes.
The Neutrality Party argues that any "individual" born male then "identifying" female and wanting to compete, unfairly, against real women, already suffers
from Mental Health Issues.
The only fair, but financially impossible solution would be to create a third category of Sports. This new, but fiscally improbable category would be a TransGender League for all Sports. This would allow TransGender individuals to compete against others of the same physiological composition.
Male, Female and TransGender Sport's Leagues would solve the debate with a logical solution that allowed TransGender individuals to compete in sports and have no genetic advantages over their opponents as in the case of TransGender Women competing against real women.
